These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, app, and services ("Glove Genie", "we", "our", "the service"). By using Glove Genie, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Glove Genie.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Glove Genie offers both free and paid tiers. Features available to you depend on your subscription level. Prices, features, and access rights may be updated over time.

• Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider.

• If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features will remain until the end of your billing period.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

All code, design, branding, and underlying systems of Glove Genie remain the intellectual property of Stitch Sorcerer.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the GloveGenie platform.

Pattern outputs generated by users are yours to use, subject to the license terms below.

5.1 License Grant

If you have purchased the Glove Genius tier or another plan explicitly including commercial rights, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use Glove Genie-generated patterns to create physical products for sale (e.g. gloves)

• Sell or distribute knitting patterns you generate, in digital or print formats

• Include generated patterns in knitting kits, books, classes, or digital products

This license applies only to pattern outputs created by your own account.

5.2 Restrictions

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell or sublicense the Glove Genie software, code, interface, or internal logic

• Share your login or account access with others

• Use Glove Genie patterns or the app to develop a competing pattern generator or design tool

• Use outputs for AI model training, scraping, or bulk dataset creation without prior written permission

5.3 Attribution

Attribution is not required but is appreciated. You may use the following line:

“Pattern generated using glovegenieapp”

5.4 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke this license if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or act in bad faith.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We do not store payment information. All transactions are handled securely via third-party processors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glove Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
